Buds Indoor RV Storage Family Owned Bud's Indoor RV Storage: Recreation Vehicle storage - Pleasant Dale, Nebraska (NE) - Minutes away from Lincoln, Nebraska (NE) "Bud" of Bud's Indoor RV Storage is a nickname given to James Vavak by his father when he was a young boy. As a native he grew up with a love of the outdoors, enjoying hunting, fishing, camping, boating and gardening. He, along with fianc Caryl Ann Kermmoade, has lived on an acreage west of Lincoln, NE. Near the village of Pleasant Dale for the past 15 years. With a desire to own a home-based business he knew that it had to allow them time to enjoy their passion for the outdoors as well as relate in some way to their interest while utilizing the property already owned. Caryl Ann is a real estate agent. As a realtor, she is knowledgeable about the increasingly restrictive city ordinances that ban parking of large vehicles. Most new housing developments have covenants which do not even allow overnight parking of recreational vehicles. So the idea for a storage facility seemed logical. And with a little market research it became apparent that although there were many storage facilities around there were very few designed to meet the requirements of the larger Class A RV's. Since recreational vehicles are a long-term investment, with prices anywhere from $10, 000 to luxury models going for as much as 1.5 million, their owners are concerned about security, and protection from the elements, theft, burglary and vandalism.
