In the most difficult move of my life, West Broward Community Management was a welcome oasis in a desert of bad luck throughout this experience. Tom Fiore, you are a man of your word and you made a very difficult process bearable and welcoming! Thank you for the great customer service, thank you for the consideration of my special needs child, and thank you in general for being a decent human being that was willing to go above and beyond to facilitate a family in a tight situation. Great customer service can't really be taught it is something that comes from taking pride in ones work and a desire to generally give people a good experience when they come through the doors of your business - you sir are a master of the art. We are truly happy to be a part of this community!

I am so glad that mean lady is gone! I was dreading having to go to there office the other day. Well, what a surprise. Everyone was very nice and attentive to my problem. Thank you all for the new faces in the office and voices on the phone.

They have not even earned a 1 star rating. The most unprofessional and rude representatives I've ever had the displeasure of trying to speak with. Avoid if possible.

Terrible service , disrespectful service ,you not count as a human being at all , and your time doesn't Mather either
