State Certified Inspections

Justin (owner's son) is an inspector under his father (Dana). Justin inspected my home prior to purchasing, and I asked him "How is the AC running?" He responded with "It is in perfect running condition." Shortly after the inspection, we bought the house and moved in. The AC was not working in "perfect condition" and only dropped 4 degrees with 4-5 hours of running. I noticed it was a 2002 Carrier air handler with a 2010 Rheem compressor. However, the inspection report states that it is a "2010 AC system". Later I called the AC guy to service it. AC guys said the inspector should have caught mixing AC units because mixing-matching AC is a major problem when complications arise. I filed a complaint with the BBB and Dana sent a text message threatening to sue for defamation of character (laughable useless threat). This company does a half-baked job and doesn't stand behind the service they provide.
