I was trying to order new lenses for my glasses and was not told about the type of lenses Steven Zorn (Licensed Optician) was giving me so when I went to pay I was being charged a ridiculous amount. Then the woman at the front desk who does billing not the secretary did not even tell me the break down of why I was being charged so much money. I refused to get my lenses done there. When I called my insurance company apparently Steven Zoran never informed me or asked my permission that he was charging me for some kind of special lenses, all I wanted were basic clear lenses like I always wear. This was the worst service I have ever had with an eye doctor and this never happened to me the first time I went. I was also charged for some "contact lens consultation" I don't even know what that is because I was not ordering contacts that day. Worst service ever! Do not recommend going there but if you like getting ripped off then that is the place to go.
