I had to replace/reset my engagement diamond for my wife because the ring broke and she lost the stone. When I went to the store I met Val and she was amazing. She presented me with many options and understood I had a budget and never once tried to pressure me into buying something I could not afford. She did a wonderful job educating me about diamonds and made feel very comfortable with my purchase. The whole staff was friendly throughout the process. I have found the perfect jeweler and will be back for all my future jewellery needs.

Had a very poor experience with the owner of Matthews Jewelers, who was dishonest and provided very poor customer service.

This jewelry store made my life easier. I didn't know anything about jewelry but rich helped me through the process and helped me pick the perfect engagement ring.

Excellent experience and wonderful people. I am very interested in natural fancy colored diamonds, and Roger was able to source a very large melee of natural fancy light pink diamonds for a very custom flower petal ring setting around my own GIA certified fancy grey diamond, and the final result is spectacular. We worked through changes to the CAD drawings, rose and white gold combinations and changes in budget, all with extreme patience and a genuine desire to make my dreams come true. This ring gets comments everywhere. The closer people look, the more apparent the excellent craftsmanship becomes. Roger also coordinated sizing and repair of my other diamond rings, repairs to my favorite watch, and I can't wait for my next custom project. They are wonderful.

A year ago, I lost my wedding band and after much discussion, we decided to have the original ring remade using my wife's ring as the template.



What first attracted us to Matthews Jewelers was their bold billboards featuring same sex couples. However, once I met with them, the talented and professional staff closed the sale.



It was wonderful not to feel awkward when explaining that I needed a ring to match my wife's ring when we were clearly two women. We were promised that the ring would be ready in time for our anniversary. It was ready a week early!



The new ring is absolutely beautiful. You cannot tell which ring is the original (which they "refurbished") and the new one. We are thrilled with our rings!



When you go there, have them give you a tour of their work area, where the magic happens. Also, enjoy the piece of mind that comes with knowing that Matthews Jewelers delivers on quality, timeliness, and reasonable pricing!!

I found Matthews strictly by mistake, and I am glad I did. I was next door at the car wash, saw that there was a jewelry store there, and walked in. I was greeted immediately, and started looking around. There were a few pieces that caught my attention and I inquired about one of them. I was not given the "hard-sell" you get at allot of other stores. I purchased one for my wife, and she loves it!!! I brought in some repairs and I was told it would be about 7 to 10 working days, and they had them finished in 8 days. Just as promised!! They never looked this good. I had brought one of them to another store, and they said it couldn't be repaired. At Matthews, they really know their stuff and can fix anything. I would highly recommend them!!!

This place is horrible! I spent a lot of money there and was treated like they had no time for me and did not care at all. After purchasing jewlery from them I brought a few pieces for them to repair as a gift, they guaranteed me it would be ready on time and was 11 days late! When they did not bother to call me back about it not being ready, I came to pick it up finally they barely even apologized, and when they did they said it with a nasty attitude! The women Sue really had a lot of nerve looking at me like she was annoyed I was even there, and Blamed not getting a returned call on someone else there named Susie. After all this nasty attitude and being treated extremely rude they still charged full price and I gave a birthday gift 11 days late. DO NOT GO HERE.

Anyone looking for a reliable, trustworthy and talented jeweler should visit Matthew’s. Their staff is friendly and very helpful too.

I have a very delicate bracelet that was my grandmother's. I love wearing it but it often gets caught on clothes, blankets, etc. and sometimes breaks. Each time, Matthew's fixes it and no one can ever tell anything happened at all. I can always count on them!

I cracked the diamond in my engagement ring, yes diamonds can break, so my neighbor suggested I talk to Matthew’s about replacing and resetting a new stone. The owners, a really down-to-earth husband and wife team, took the time to explain the 4 “c”s of buying a diamond. I told them what I was looking to spend and what kind of stone I wanted. I was presented with an array of stones to choose from. They had wine and a private room for me….I felt like a princess.

I’ve gone to Matthew’s for years. I love going to their store, just to look sometimes and window-shop and add to my “wish list”. On my birthday or anniversary, my husband stops by and picks out something for me from the list. Love Matthew’s Jewelers!
