The Experienced owner attorney sends me an email that his operations manager will issue me a FULL REFUND after I sign and agree to Release form. Operations emails me form and wants me to reply with just ( I UNDERSTAND) I replied no I do Not Understand. The refund is less than the full refund owner emailed me. Operations manager replied take this generous offer (lesser amount) or seek other avenues. I am seeking other avenues. I expect my full refund as emailed by the attorney owner
