        Where is my full refund

        Retained this Firm.(AMERIHOPE ALLIANCE) We had issues. The owner emails us and says will have his operations manager send release form and issue us a full refund. Operations manger emails and wants us to reply with ( I UNDERSTAND) only. Operations manager offered less than the full refund We replied . No we do not understand and we want full refund as in email from owner(attorney). Operations manager replied take this generous offer or seek other avenues. So here we are seeking. If you want to see the email I have uploaded on ripoff report. com.
