My name is Anthony Bruno, I was a customer of Edge Park medical for over forty years, and 2 times I lost the tube that I use to void and I call edge park for help to send me one overnight, after being put on hold for over 5 min. and had to hear commericals all that time. And after answering about thirteen questions they told me they would sent it out. Well it came three days after I called. I went on the internet and found Trust home Medical in Plant City. Jeff was so knowledgeable and could not be more caring he asked me how he could help and did, I got my supplies the next day. I wish there where more stares than 5 because I would give him a10. I also have been using a baggage that has been very expensive and he recommend a product that is 1/3 the cost and it works better than what I was using. I can not say enough about him and his customer service. I give this company a 10.
