Absolutely awful customer service. Had to call to remind them to fill out my FMLA after waiting for almost 2 weeks without any updates. Then when I call to ask the front desk, I not only have to call 7 times to get through to someone (Voicemail is full), but then they insinuate I am a liar. I had said I filled out FMLA before, but then said it was new to me (FMLA first fill out wasn't ever handed in as I had to leave the position I was filling it out for), the front desk woman says "But I thought you just said it's new to you but you had it filled out before so which is it?" Maybe take people who want to pretend like they aren't being smart asses to the people trying to get some help off the phones and off your front desk. Horrible service, will not be returning.
