Quest Diagnostics

The center itself is clean and easy to get to. I was greeted and checked in by a very kind young lady. However, when called back for the lab work, the person who took my blood was very rude, angry and hostile during the entire visit. I wear hearing aides and read lips. With masks - I cant do either. I informed the technician of my difficulty hearing which only seemed to make her more angry. She still didn't slow down her speaking or try to speak more clearly. She made me feel very uncomfortable and even forgot to complete the appointment so I was called to come back in. When I asked for her name, no one wanted to tell me. I eventually found out her name was either Danisha or Tanisha. Her behavour is very unprofessional and no one going to this facility deserves to be treated rudely. I show respect to everyone I come in contact with and every patient deserves the same.
