Chuck's Tire & Automotive

Called this morning about 0830 and asked if I needed an appointment to get my wife's tires to balanced and rotated. Guy says "no just bring it on in". When I get there they tell me it will be 1-1.5 hours. 4.5 hours later I return to see my car hasn't moved. When I asked them why it wasn't done they said they got caught up on some other jobs. No apologies no nothing. Needless to say I probably won't be back there.

I saved $500 (estimate from Tampa) on four new tires for my Land Rover (and $300 less than another place here in town). The customer service was outstanding and that really stands out because you just don't see that kind of service many places anymore. They were thorough and I had no "surprises" when I picked up my vehicle. I HIGHLY recommend Chuck's for tires or any other maintenance / repair that your car might need.
