I usually do not write reviews, but felt it was necessary to this time. My husband and I just closed on our home yesterday and had a wonderful experience with mortgage consultant, Stephen Harrington at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage. Initially, we were going to use another lender, but we had to get pre-approved from Wells Fargo, because the property we wanted to bid on was a Wells Fargo foreclosure. Stephen educated me on the mortgage process and even beat the other lenders rate. I had spoke with many mortgage consultants, but he was the first to take the time to make sure than I understood everything. There were some kinks along the way (the appraisal was wrong), but somehow Stephen made sure that we closed on time.
