Small Miracles Academy East Plano Campus

I wanted to say that sma new directors mrs Isabella , and mrs Kindle are amazing and hard working. I have seen and felt so many changes from this center in such a small time of them being there i don't believe anyone has done what these two young ladies have done make a place of happiness, and care in the halls i trust these two woman to run sma and take care of every child that enters there center.

RUN! My 4yr old son has been pushed off a ramp in the playground and slammed into a metal piece of a chair by the same class member who has yet to have any disciplinary action towards him. The director states that this is not aggressive behavior and there is no need for punishment. When I asked for her pay attention to this matter she became defensive and told me to withdrawal my son. She told me this in a hallway with many passerby parents. Extremely unprofessional! Since when do the victims get kicked out? I luckily recorded two of his teachers stating that "they don't know what else to do with this bully." They are told by the director that this is normal and they "feel bad about it". The parent of this child (is a certified teacher) and told me that he feels that there is a lack of structure for discipline here and feels that the leader is not a good leader for this age group. Being pushed off a ramp and slammed into a metal piece is beyond "bumps and bruises."
