I had a friend do very careful measurements before and after the wrap at home and there was no change. But, the technician at the Body Wrap Shop measured more than 10 inches in loss. This was even tho I am not overweight and at the start of the procedure they said because I'm already pretty lean that I might not get such good results. I'm not really sold that there's anything substantive to this service based on the measurements that I took at home.
