This is by far the worst pediatric practice I have ever been to. To begin with, my son has been improperly diagnosed on multiple occasions. The worst of which I took him in due to fever, runny nose and cough. I was told his ears and everything looked fine so most likely it was viral. The next day his eyes were oozing and overall he appeared worse. I then took him to an urgent care facility where he was diagnosed with a severe double ear infection as well as an eye infection. Definitley not viral and needed to be treated with antibiotics. And let me remind you, this was the very next day! They are in such a hurry to get you out as quickly as possible they just hand out neglectful diagnoses. Another case where he was misdiagnosed was at a well visit. It was the middle of summer and his face was red due to the heat. The doctor diagnosed him with Parvo virus AKA slapped cheek syndrome. Ok, what? The boy was hot and they just made up some diagnosis. His face was back to normal within an hour. Another thing I would like to shed some light on is, if they tell you they are going to do something, dont count on it. 2 weeks before a well visit to get vaccines I was told they would aquire his shot records from a prior doctor.I showed up the day of his appointment to find they had not done so and refused to vaccinate him. Moral of this story is, this place is awful, the facilty is dirty and the staff is rude and very unhelpful. The only good thing I can say is you can pretty much always get a same day appointment however, youll most likely be seen by a moron.

This place is clean and pretty to look at. That's where the nice experience ends. The AM receptionist is usually very friendly. Everyone else could stand a few more training hours. The aren't informed of anything. There are too many examples of ball dropping from this office for me to type in this review. The most major was that I took my week old son to the doctor for what I knew as Jaundice. The doctor told me he didn't look yellow to her and sent us home. I demanded a Billi test, finally got one. The office called me back hours later to tell me to RUSH my son to the ER as he could die because his Billi levels were extremely too high! I spent a week in the hospital for that. I took my son for a 9 month check up. The temporary doctor filling in for Dr. Saleha is the WORST! I asked her to look at the ringworm on his face, that I came in for a couple of weeks earlier to have checked. She totally disregarded my request. She then went on to tell me my son needed special help because he was just pulling up and standing still, but not cruising the couch, and because he will only sometimes "share" his toy/object with me if asked. My son was 23 lbs at the time and I was told that he was underweight for 9 months. Thank God!, I have 2 other kids and knew better. The doctor then proceeded to tell me that he never got his DTAP shots at birth (you know, the ones that are mandatory to have before discharge from maternity ward). I wasn't going to let them stick him with ANYTHING as they didn't even have the records together. After all of that, the doctor was trying to push a FLU shot on him. I denied that. NO WAY I was going to let them do that.

I called in today to get copies of shot records. I was hung up on 3 times. When they finally did hear my request, I was hung up on again.

POSITIVE NOTE: They give my 4 yr old 2 stickers when she asks. I doesn't smell bad in the office. The office is clean.

bad. bad. really bad experience i had in my life.

my son, he had really bad fever, he's temp was 104-105 all day long even took a medicine.and i decided to go to emergency. so i was check in .and then 5min later lady called and we came in to room but she just asked few things (allagic madicine? when did he took a madicine? he had vaccine?)that's it.

and took he's weight. i said "he has very bad fever" but she just said "ok just wait out side waiting area"

so we wait 2hours doing nothing waiting area. my son heading temp 104-105again and he keep saying to me" i am sick daddy. please help. i need madicine" but we still wait and i asked front desk they said its up to m.d ???(i dont know she was even md) . so i asked m.d "excuse me how long do we need to wait???" she said "maybe another hour!!"

oh my god!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i told her "we are waiting about two hours already and wait another hour????and there is lots people came after us ,they done already there gone.

why we still wait??????and he is getting more worse"""" then she said " ok come here and she check only my son's ear , and she said " he's ok, he's temp is normal, he seems everything is ok.

They are unprofessional and since my first visit with them I have had nothing but problems. The ladies at the front desk lost my daughters paperwork, who was a newborn, twice. Her doctor had concerns about her weight and I kept informing him that she was spitting up a lot and he told me that was normal, finally at her two month appt he smelt the acid on her breath and diagnosed her with acid reflux, which was the major cause of her not gaining weight properly. All he could say was you were right there was something wrong. We moved to Georgia and its been 7 months and her medical records have not been sent over. There's only one person who handles that department and they are always busy or in a meeting, not processing medical record requests. This was by far the worst experience I've ever had and considering it was in Plano, I expected more. The staff at the front are not professional, which are the same women who answer the phones when you call. I'm beyond excited I no longer have to deal with them.

Bad Service

I think that the doctors are great with the children and they have a fast past to get you in and out. But the only thing that I dislike about this place is the receptionist that deal with the patients information. I went in to get my sons ADHD medicine but I need his information to be transferred from his other doctor filled out the forms needed but they lost them. Then I called back 2 weeks later to check to see if his chart had been looked over yet still didnt fax the release form information off to get his chart. I had to call myself and get the information faxed to them and they stated that no information was ever faxed for release of any information. I told them that the medicine that he needed was very improtant and he needed it ASAP,and now its been a month and a half.
