Kathy Adams Interiors

I have worked with Kathy Adams throughout the years and had been pleased....until I was assigned to a designer to help with custom drapes. She was lackluster, showed no interest or enthusiasm in the project, had no follow through AND misquoted the price by $7,000. I would NOT recommend going to Kathy Adams interiors after this horrendous experience - i will never go back. They really dropped the ball and showed zero customer service this time!

I don't think they realize the impact of negative publicity on their business. In June I purchased a large framed print. Five months later it fell off the wall damaging the baseboard in my new home. I called the store and was told there was only a 3 month warrantee. They refused to replace or repair the defective frame. Beware of any purchases you make from this business.

Nice furniture, but once you have placed your order, let the buyer beware. Customer service is nonexistent. If you have an issue you will get no response. Calling or in person. It is always, "I'll research the issue and get back with you" But they Never do. six months later I still have an unusable piece of furniture.
