"Waste of time reserving online"



I made an online reservation for a car a few days before my travel date and called Hertz the day before to make sure they had received my reservation. I was told that everything was fine and then on the actual day of pickup, I was told they had absolutely no car available on their lot! Apparently, they had rented out all their cars the evening before. So I questioned the purpose of their reservation service to which they had no answer. We lost a lot of time waiting around for a car to become available and eventually had to take our own car. Terrible service!
