I heard a lot about Vaidya Meenakshi of Ayurroots Ayurveda Wellness from my friends and family members. I lived near Oklahoma City and decided to set up a virtual consultation with her to see if she could help me with my uncontrolled Diabetes and high blood pressure. However, I was hesitant to set up a virtual appointment. I am from Kerala and know that Nadi examination is essential and cannot be performed virtually. But when I spoke to her over the phone, she explained beautifully that pulse examination is one of the tools among other Ayurvedic examination tools, and it will not hamper the assessment and her treatment protocol.
After our first virtual consultation, I felt I was in good hands, and She was very thorough. She was prompt in replying to my emails regarding my long list of food-related questions, helping me find the Ayurvedic supplements and all. I was delighted with her dedication and follow-ups, and then I saw OUTSTANDING results in just one month - completely changed the levels to BEST possible. I've been going to the Meenakshi since 2010 for panchakarma treatment. When I met Dr. Meenakshi for the first time, I was so relieved to find the most amazing person. She was warm, and gentle and non-judgemental and she still have those qualities. She is very knowledgable on every level of Ayurveda Medicine. ( I am a health care professional so I think my eye may have been more critically aware ).   I have the utmost respect for her.  I have always been treated with great respect, care and love.  I am over 45 and I know panchakarma has had a remarkable impact on my well-being.  For those who have never had panchakarma, please know that it is not a spa treatment.  Panchakarma and Ayurveda can change your life, but it does require opening up to a new understanding of health and a willingness to change and let go of habits that do not support your well-being.  I wholeheartedly recommend Vaidya Meenakshi and the AyurRoots Ayurveda Wellness to anyone who seeks healing.  I base this recommendation on treatments I have received there the past 10 years.Thank you Robin S ( Irving , DFw )

"I am really impressed with the in depth knowledge of the Ayurveda practitioner Meenakshi Gupta who I did my consultation . She really has a strong desire to help people heal from their ailments. I truly feel after gone through many years of chronic pains of Arthritis and tried various treatments that coming to Ayurroots Ayurveda wellness and seeing Meenakshi that my search is over.
