I dropped a coat off there to have a logo removed and a new one added over 6 months ago. She told me the logo needed to be reworked and it would be ready in a week. I have called repeatedly and gone by there several times trying to get the coat back.. Today I still haven't got my coat back nor a response from them. Every time I did get the chance to talk to her she was never there to pick the coat up and she keeps telling me it will be ready in a week but she never calls me to give me any kind of update. I have sat patiently all this time but now I just want to get the coat back and move on.. She never answers the phone so tonight I text her and didn't get a response. 2 weeks after I dropped the coat off she told me she had been in a car accident so I was understanding and told her it wasn't a big hurry because it was in April or the first of May.. Now it is November and cool outside and would like to get my coat back. She was to re-work the logo and send it to me and I haven't even got that as of today...I would think extremely hard before I took my work to her.. Very unprofessional to handle this as she has..I have been working with the owner, Angela I believe.. I dropped a business card off to her 3 times now to make sure she had my contact information.. I should have known better when I seen she was working out of a bedroom of her home but again I thought a small business like this would appreciate the business. I finally, 2 months ago, had a gentleman answer the door and I asked for my coat back and he said he would have to talk to her and he called and she answered right away.. She got on the phone with me and assured me it would be ready in a week.. I have called ever since and never get a answer. She has given me a thousand excuses from accidents, deaths and phones not working to phones being lost...,. She did answer one time to tell me it still wasn't ready but she had taken the old logo off and she would call me in a week and that was a couple of months ago and still no response from her.. If the job was too small for her I would have been much happier being told that and taking it somewhere else.. I really hate leaving this review because I would like to support small businesses in my neighborhood but this is truly ridiculous. Beware!!!
