Oil Co Lewis

Do not use Lewis Oil! they are the worst. This is coming from a person whose family founded the original company. They do not treat their customers well. Their service is horrendous. My example today is my last straw ....I made a service appointment for my furnace 6 weeks ago for this Saturday. Was given a time frame of 8-12. Adjusted my schedule accordingly. When there was not even a confirmation call in the morning as requested I knew that there was going to be another problem. This after so many with their company. Kathy ...their extremely rude emergency service person...proceeded to tell me it was not getting anyone until late in the afternoon 3-4....a long cry from the original agreement with her superior. I have had issues with this woman in the past.. She did not care what was discussed, agreed upon and promised...that's the time frame she decided to do regardless of prior arrangements. My question is how can you do this to a customer? How could you break your agreement and still consider yourself a reputable company....it is disgraceful. DO NOT USE LEWIS OIL!!!
