Do Not Go To This Beauty Supply Store with your hard earned money. If they give you the wrong hair (in a package) and you want to return it for an exchange, they won't exchange it or give you your money back. (Yep, even when it's their fault)

I spent $139 and change in this beauty supply store. I bought 4 wigs and 5 wig sprays. You can try up to 5 wigs on which is on display on a mannequin and when you decide to buy a wig you like, they will give the same wig in a brand new package. I tried 5 wigs on, but ended up buying 4.

One of the wigs the girl (there is this girl that works there) got for me in a package was the wrong hair (Didn't know it was the wrong hair until I tried the one in package at home). I returned the hair back with my receipt and the wrong hair in its original package and this Asian guy (the cashier or whatever he is) won't take back the wig. Even When It Was Their Fault (for giving me the wrong hair), and was just at the store to see if I could get the hair that I originally wanted. This Asian guy said no and that was it.

So, if you know how to spend your money wisely, STAY AWAY FROM THIS Plainfield Beauty Supply @ 1405 South Ave, Plainfield. NJ. They only care about making money, not customer satisfaction. Terrible customer service! Amazon will continue to be great in customer service. Learn a lesson or two from them.

I spend so much money in that store but I will no longer be a customer because I recently purchased over $100 worth of hair products including a travel size diffuser however, I wanted to exchange the diffuser for a more expensive one (that wasn't travel sized) but was told I can't return or exchange any Hot Tools item. I was shocked because I was just there two days prior and wasn't told that there's a strict policy when I bought it initially, he then proceeded to point a the small handwritten sign and walked away. There customer service is horrible in that sense because it wasn't even opened or anything. I will not shop here just because of how the male manager just told me no and walked away. Never been treated like that before.

Here is a business that takes in and don't give back to the community. I handed them a donation letter twice once last year and one this year. I followed up on both letters and they refuse to donate but is glad to take the profits, we our a non profit organization with a 501(c)3 tax number. Plainfield Titans youth Football and Cheer.

I would not go to this beauty supply store because they do not value their customers at all. This is normally the store I choose to go to because of the location and parking. The beauty supply stores on front street parking is ridiculous. On this one occasion, I was followed around the store by a new employee. I went to the hair aisle and she followed me, I went to the aisle with natural hair care products and she was watching me. Then I was right next to her and she shifted her entire body to watch what I was doing. I spend good money in this particular beauty supply store and as I go there often. I complained to the store manager and he said "Oh no she was not following you" I said "this is my last time shopping in this store". There are so many other beauty supplies in Plainfield and I advise you to go them before this one. They are racist against African Americans although, the majority of their support is from African American women. Do not shop where you are not valued.
