I had my eye exam about 3 months ago, it seemed to take several weeks to get my glasses which I still can not see clearly, I also got a pair of sunglasses which were not right after I waited a additional week or so for. I then had to take them back I could not see clearly thru them and that was the week before thanksgiving, I still have not gotten my sunglasses back nor have I received a phone call stating when they will be in for my pick up, when I called the first time the excuse was the lab had broke the frames not just once but twice. I am very dissatisfied with my classes or with the service I have received from the employees. I will be calling them tomorrow if they are open and request a refund on the sunglasses that I ordered, I am very disappointed in the service and the product
