Went in to get a haircut like normal stylist just said let's go wash your hair and normally shampoos come with the price of the cut which is already too high. She put conditioner in my hair without even asking and telling me that it would be an extra 3 dollars. Let's just say they tried to skeem me out of more money for something I didn't ask for nor agree for them to do to charge me extra money and the lady was even rude about it.. I wash my own hair and condition it everyday didn't need to pay extra for them to do my hairs not even nappy she didn't even try combing it.

The last time I went in to this place was to get a cut and color the lady that was doing my color was also doing her own color on her hair... she was paying more attention to her color than mine.. when I was under the dryer that she left me under for over an hour my hair came out fried!! I will never go back nor will I take my kids there ever again!! This place sucks with customer service!! Im mad that I have to give a star for this rating!!

I used to go to the Plainfield Location, but followed the stylists over. The Plainfield shop is closed now (need to update website) I know it is bad, I do not remember her name, I think she is Hawaiian. The reason I keep coming back!!!!

"Wont be back"..I know exactly who you are talking about. She has done the same to me..she has dark hair and her name starts with an "M". Like you, I will never go back. For the other girl, they get you in and when it comes time to pay it is ALWAYS more money than what they quoted you. I will tell everyone I know not to ever go to their salon. It is the worst.

Wonderful service today! I would have never recommended Hairific before, and Im not too picky about my haircut... Long layers, straight across bangs , frame my face. I didnt really have to explain it to her, she just caught on and dhe was so sweet and professional. No water anywhere but my hair, water temp was great, her fingers were magic on my scalp, she didntake me feel bad about using box color, having grays, or letting my hair go so long, and she was honest. She didnt try and talk my head off and she didnt try to dupe me into byong expensive shampoo. Shes great! Ill never go anywhere else. Go see Kelcie.

Went in to get haircut, told person how I wanted it done and thinned out. Person cut it the way she wanted, and barely thinned it out. Could not even tell it had been cut, looked worse coming out then going in. On top of that, was over charged.
