Upstate Airport Express

I used their services in Sept. 2008. The driver was friendly and the vehicle was a large older model sedan. Maybe a Cadillac or Continental. He was on time and knew exactly how to get to my destination. If I remember correctly, the price was $40 to go from Rochester airport to Webster, NY.

I use Upstate Airport Express 2 times a week. Gary is always there when I make a reservation. Getting me home and to my travel arrangements is important and Upstate Airport Express is dependable, courteous and the only car service I use in Western NY.

We recently took a vacation and the driver brought a list of recommended sites and attractions for us to make our trip more enjoyable. He went out of his way without being asked! It's the little things like that you remember and it's great to see Customer Service is still out there somewhere. Thanks Upstate!
