David has practiced law since 1983. Attorney Cianflone has appeared in the Federal Court in both Boston and Springfield, Massachusetts as well as the First Circuit Court of Appeals. He has represented thousands of clients and has trial experience in both the Federal and State Courts. RALPH CIANFLONE, JR. is a partner at Cianflone & Cianflone, P.C. and is the founding member. Attorney Cianflone has practiced extensively in all areas of the Law, beginning as a Public Defender on the MA Defender's Committee in 1961. His current practice includes criminal law and general civil practice, concentrating on corporate, real estate, family law and personal injury. Through his many years in the practice of law he has represented thousands of clients. Attorney Ralph Cianflone has appeared in the Federal Court in both Boston and Springfield, Massachusetts as well as the First Circuit Court of Appeals. Attorney Cianflone has appeared before the Massachusetts Appeals Court and the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court. He has represented thousands of clients and has trial experience in both the Federal and State Courts. LINDSAY D. GEORGE is an associate at Cianflone & Cianflone, P.C. Attorney George received her B.S. from the University of Rhode Island in 2005. She is a graduate of the Western New England University School of Law where she served as the Public Relations Editor of the Law Review. During such time she was a judicial extern for the Honorable Anne M. Geoffrion of the Probate & Family Court in Springfield, Massachusetts. She has represented clients with cases involving the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination and Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, landlords and tenants in the Housing Courts, clients in the Berkshire Probate & Family Court with regard to an array of familial related matters, as well as Superior Court and District Court breach of contract cases and likewise.
