very friendly and helpful. i had no heat in my car and they fixed it with out charging me a lot they are good honest people and will even work with single moms and get you back on the road i highly recommend them for your car needs and will recommend them for my family and friends.

I have been to many shops over the years and I have never been treated so well and so fairly than at King's Automotive! They fixed my vehicle and gave me such a fair price that I actually felt bad about how little it cost. They were very honest with me and got the job done in a very timely manner and now my vehicle works perfectly. As for the person that gave this shop a negative review, if you bring a car into a shop and leave it to get fixed, and they actually fix it and only charge you $125, you're getting a good deal. Changing spark plugs is a pain, and labor alone at most shops would cost twice what they charged you. The people at King's are not crooks. They are honest, hard working people that want you to get you back out on the road. They did that with me, and I would recommend them to not only anyone, but my best friends as well.

This business does not even deserve a one star rating. When I dropped my car off I was told I would be called once they figured out what the problem was, however, when I finally did recieve a call I was told they found out it was my spark plugs and they had already changed them and I owed them $125. I would not have had any problems paying for the diagnostic work they did, but $125 for the diagnostic and changing the spark plugs is ridiculous, especially because if they would ahve called me and told me thats what the problem was I could have easily changed them myself but I was not even given that option because as the lady at the desk said "they assumed I would be ok with it." You should never assume with someone elses money. King's Automotive service is run by crooks and theives who try to screw customers out of every last penny they can get, no matter what they have previously told the customer.
