I love the pilates classes here! There is a diverse age cross-section of attendees (from teens to 60+); the routines are constantly changing, so you're not bored; & the instructor is both fun & extremely professional. I've been attending classes twice a week for more than a year & I'm more limber & healthier than ever. Plus, I've made new friends! I've also taken adult ballet (yes, the bar can become your friend) & yoga classes, & they were also excellent. Even though I don't have young children now, I've observed a lot of young children taking classes & would not hesitate to encourage any young parent to enroll their little one. The price is right & they do have a "family plan" for members of the same household taking same or different classes.
