Tidal Wave Auto Spa

These guys are always having problem that can be easliy fixed with a little common sense. I bought the unlimited car wash over at the Independence blvd. location and have never had issues with this location. ( the guy who runs Indy is as good as they come, if he cant help you he will find someone who can) The goof balls over at the Pineville location are always closed because the equipment freezes over night. I asked, "How much it would take to keep it heated to 38 degrees so you don't have this problem?" The guy response, "The doors are left slighty open at night so its hard to keep heat in" I was like "How hard is it to block off the wind? Heat rises doesn't it? It's not like you have to keep it like a sauna." the difference between this location and the other 2 are night and day. Get rid of these jokers who have NO cuustomer service skills.
