I called and scheduled for service on my dishwasher 5 days in advance. I took a full day off work, being that they said the tech would be at my house between 12 and 6pm. I sat home waiting all day and no one showed up or called. I called them at about 5:30, just checking in, only for them to tell me that I had to reschedule due to them being too busy. They claimed to have called and left me a message, which I swear to God didn't happen! I called the corporate office and complained to a supervisor that I had to take a whole day off work for no reason, and she was completely rude and said there was nothing they could do but reschedule. I was planning on purchasing new home appliances from them for our new home next month, but no more. They wouldn't even credit me half the cost of the rescheduled visit, roughly $60. Worst service EVER
