Eyebrow Designer 21

I went there last night right before closing to have a my full face done. The owner/operator there wasn’t very welcoming, it was almost as if I was disturbing her from whatever she was doing on her cell phone.

She threaded my face and did a good job. She showed me in the mirror, I paid her and went home.

This morning while styling my hair I realized she had removed one entire sideburn and left one entire sideburn on my face.

I drove back to the mall and showed her and asked to go remove my left sideburn so it would match my right one which she removed last night.

She was very agitated but put me in a chair. In the middle of threading my face she says “you didn’t see this last night?”

I said “did you see this last night?” Clearly we both missed this. It’s your job as the professional to make sure you did your job correctly, not my job to make sure you did.

When she finished , I said “thank you, I appreciate it” and she says “no more okay? U come here again, u make sure it’s right before u leave, u don’t come here again to fix”

I explained to her, as an entrepreneur who owns a business in Uptown Charlotte, I would never tell my clients that if I made a mistake, they can’t come back and let me know and have it corrected. That’s poor business. It is her job to make sure that if she removed one sideburn, she removed the other. I told her there won’t be a next time because I will not be patronizing your establishment again. She proceeds to argue with me and I again stated firmly, there won’t be a next time because I will not be patronizing your business again. You made a mistake and you are getting upset with me because I asked you to fix it. Horrible customer service. I would not recommend them at all.

The only place I'll go for about 5 years! Recommended to all my friends and they swear by this store as well.

I had my eyebrow thread today, I noticed on the way home that the lady who worked on my eyebrows, pulled a skin off! It's not just tiny, it's a hole! I want to contact the owners of this business and write them an email! How can I do that? This is unacceptable!
