Tampa Bay has one of the largest and most active deaf communities in the country. Maintaining contact with the deaf community is crucial to the health, well-being and quality of life of the residents at Crystal Oaks. Planned activities include outings, events and activities with the local Friends of the Deaf Service Center, bingo and deaf clubs.
