Henry Tellez, MD

I am or was an actual patient of Dr. Tellez... I went to him 4 times for severe migraines, once for the first consultation and then 3 more times for the three injections in the back of my head. Once I told him after the last set of injections that I was still having the migraines..he decided the only thing he could do was send me to someone else . Never even tried any kind of migraine medications. The only thing he offered was a piece of equipment that he knew in advance would not be covered by any insurance company because he told me that the entire cost of the equipment would have to be paid up front by the patient before hand $500.00. I just dont feel that he is on the level as a doctor.
