Sent by my Health Care Provider to this Office, I was wondering what to expect, after reading reviews.

The Office was busy and when it was my turn, I was greeted in a very friendly manner. After answering all the necessary questions I was asked to have a seat and fill out some questionnaire. Right after I started, a very friendly nurse called me in her office doing vital signs. After still not having finished my questions, I was already called in Dr. Clary's office.
Dr. Crairy is very professional, took his time and tried to work with me on changing my medicine according to my symptoms. I felt good in his presence.
Today I realized that there was a mess up on my part with
the names of the medicine. I called and a lady gave him the message. An hour later Dr. Clairy himself called me back concerning about my problem.

Now tell me: When does a Doctor call you back personally?
About the staff: They have to deal sometimes with difficult patients.
If I feel to be treated unfairly, I speak up right away!
So people, don't believe everything negative you read!

Most important:
Approaching people with a smile its hard not to be noticed!

Overall

This I literally the only email I could find on the CBC website so I went ahead and sent it to you. I understand that you may have nothing to do with complaints of customers, so I send it to you my only option. Do with as you wish. If nothing else send it to friends and family so that they can get some enjoyment out of this. I you decide to ignore this email which may be your best option that is fine as well, I will not follow up as I have already set in motion the process of changing where my prescription gets filled.

Worst receptionist I have ever seen. I came in twice to get a prescription filled . I have never been to this building and was unaware there is a separate waiting room for the pharmacy. On Tuesday around 4:45 I came in to the office and stood a few feet away from the receptionist to respect her privacy. I waited for almost 10 minutes, with not so much as a glance from the useless receptionist. I then decided I would sit down in one of the chairs so that I would not pass out from disrespect. I decided I would wait another 5 minutes as the receptionist and up to 3 coworkers were chatting in the office having a wonderful time. I then left. Of course knowing I would have to come back but I hoped that the daily duties of reception at CBC would not solely rely on someone whom distains her position so that she can't even be bothered to receive customers as they enter the door, which by definition is her main duty. Certainly she was just filling in that day....

But to my surprise when I came in the next day about 4:15 there she was. Again unable to greet much less acknowledge my presence. So instead I just decided I would walk past her hoping to find someone who is capable of interacting on a basic enough level to point me in the direction of the Pharmacy in order to fill my prescription. As I walked by I attempted to gain some eye contact to make sure was alive I even though she may be impaired in some way, but still nothing. If this is the case and she is impaired and unable to perform these simple tasks I would recommend possibly hiring a new receptionist.

I walked passed here useless desk and assumed at that point I was entering area that is for patient and staff only with the assumption I was not supposed to be there but I needed the meds. The pharmacist were extremely nice and prompt with their greeting, received me as soon as I rounded the corner. Which dispels the possibility that I had passed over and was in spirit-form making myself invisible explaining the utter incompetence of the receptionist.

If you could please pass this on to her with my email I would gladly speak with her directly about any questions she might have. Plus I am extremely interested as to how she is a receptionist and unable to receive people. There must be a reason.

Just to make sure I hadn't miss understood the position I looked it up;

Receptionist: a person employed to RECEIVE and assist callers, CLIENTS, etc., as in an office.

Rude receptionist told me i had to pay my bill of 80 dollars in full or they would not see me anymore, when i tried to explain that they said i could pay a little each visit because i was disabled and couldn't work, she said well if you can't afford the bill, you should go elsewhere. These people have no compassion and your best bet is to stay away.
