        POOR POOR SERVICE

        kevin installed my system 9 years ago. I have no complain with him till now, in fact I have not needed him. I recently had payed him over 500 dollars for a repair in which he only checked my compressor. His tech never ever went upstairs to check the main unit. Over the past few months I have continued to have problems. Kevin would not return my call in a prompt manner. My daughter who is my POA and on my accounts called him. Only till she said she would call BBB did he call me. Kevin was rude and abusive with my daughter. He immediately told her that people perceived him as rude. HE HAS called her place of work to complain about her simply because she was trying to take care of me. What a vindictive person. People should know these things when dealing with Pilot air
