Dental One Associates

I have been a patient of this dental practice for approximately 4-5 years. Crystal, the Hygienist is great. She does a really good job cleaning and in a gentle way. She is consistent. However, the staff changes so frequently that you are unable to develop a trusting relationship with any of the Dentists. Most recently I have had the absolute WORST experience I have ever had in my dental history. I pre-paid to get fillings taken care of. The first set filled had some sensitivity but I thought that would heal in time. The following week I filled my second set. It was painful from start and still even now after 3 MONTHS!!!! I have made 2 more visits since then and not only did they say there was not anything wrong, there was a new dentist instead. I was also hit with bogus leftover billing which they should have reconciled much earlier. You really think someone wants to pay now after such poor service?!! I cannot eat anything hot, warm, cool, cold, sweet or too hard. After getting yet another opinion from a much more reputable dentist, they found that my fillings have space between them and the teeth. NOT A SURPRISE!!! Now because my insurance company wasted money with the shabby work of Dental One of Pikesville, I HAVE TO COME OUT OF POCKET just to eat normally again! Not to mention going through the pain and drilling AGAIN. This Dental One of Pikesville even has the nerve to bother with a bill. They need to pay ME!!! BEWARE!!!!

Dental One Associates is a great place for dental work. A perfect location for Pikesville/Owings Mills residents.



I recently had the in-office zoom whitening procedure. The procedure went great. My teeth were whitened several shades its natural color. I did experience "unexpected" sensitivity for up to 12 hours following the procedure. My gums were sore for three days which meant I had to brush gently.



I would recommend the zoom whitening to a friend but suggest clients to request a thorough consultation prior to the procedure.
