Stay away!! I had hope things would've improved with the national merger but it did not. This place is fully staffed with a menagerie of people who have forgotten why they are in business. There is no caring, no professionalism, no one willing to accept responsibility or be culpable for the mistakes in appointments, frequent appt. rescheduling or general slackness. The place is overseen by a phantom medical director/examiner/pathologist. The Billing dept. is inept (this is kind), and will violate your rights by sending your accounts to collections (without notice);then blame and argue with sick persons. There is nothing good here to soothe your pain. Your pain will probably get worse. There is no balm in Pikesville.
