My friend and I were enjoying our vacation that we take once a year to the Smoky Mountains this time we ended up with a flat we were able to get to the Sugarland rest area where my friend had called AAA that she was a member of for 30 years never had to use them the first time she needed them they couldn't help us they didn't know who to call to send help. it's a shame a Nationwide service that's so people rely on couldn't help. An employee at the Sugarland Travel Stop in the Smoky Mountains found Carr's Towing for us and in a little over an hour the tow truck showed up the driver was very helpful and even had a few laughs in that stressful time we were told to their shop it was after hours and we were still able to get help they had us up and going in less than 30 minutes and the price was very reasonable I was expecting it to be more every one of them were perfect gentlemen my friend and I give them 100 thumbs up and I would recommend this place to anyone we both want to thank you all so very much we could have been stuck on that mountain overnight but they made sure that we were fixed and on our way thanks again guys because of you we were able to enjoy the rest of our trip we can't say thank you enough

I ran out of gas on a long dark mountain at 1130 pm and had 2 babies while it was freezing outside. The dispatcher tells me its going to be at least an hour and half to get to me and when i told him i had 2 babies his driver was there within 30 minutes James Brown was the drivers name and he was concerned ,respectful, helpful friendly. He brought me gas and followed me home, now grant you after i thought it was gonna be a long while i called pigeon forge police dept and they said they could not help even with 2 babies on a curvy mountain at night and freezing yes pfpd would not help, but thanks to Carrs towing we were ok!Thank you James Brown with Carrs towing, i recommend them 150%..

Had stuff taking from our vehicle when it was in the shop. When we got the vehicle back it was filthy with grease hand prints on the ceiling and a massive scratch on the dash. Tried to work things out with them but they never called me back and I was brushed off

Excellant service, totally happy with this experience. We are on vacation and needed our air condition fixed along with several other things. They got us in this morning , called a part in that was needed, and was very professional the whole time. Everyone was very friendly and caring. I'd recommend this place to anyone, treated us so nice. We even got a great rental car so one of our vacation days wasn't ruined. Great experience and great, kind people!

Horrible business! Rented us a car they knew the starter was going out of, replaced it with a car the door did not latch in the back that flew open when we pulled out with my daughter in the backseat. The car they replaced it with broke down the very next day, no one was available to drive us a different car out so my husband had to ride back in the wrecker and leave me with our two children on a parking lot in Pigeon Forge. No offer of a refund, we wasted forty dollars filling up cars that tore up every time we tried to drive them! Do Not Do Business With these people.

I am from Wisconsin and we broke down in pigeon forge we called carr's and they helped us out they were AWESOME not only did they fix our vehicle they also hooked us up with a great rental car the guy we talked to Doug that works there was calling us and letting us know the progress on our vehicle I WILL recommend these guys to anyone they are all a great group of guys and very helpful these guys saved me a lot

This has got to be the worst towing company in Sevier County. We called AAA on Wednesday for a simple winch out, was told that they would be right on out. Wednesday night came and went, and we called back Thursday morning. We were then told that they were busy but that they would be out to us by 7:30PM. We called back around 9:30 just to be told that they "lost" our ticket but that we would be the first ones on their list for this morning (Friday) and they would be out to us around 8AM. The driver showed up at around 11:30 and upon arrival argued with me about AAA covering the cost and demanding a credit card number. After arguing with this very rude and unprofessional driver, he called his boss and complained about not getting paid good enough for the job and that if he'd known it was an AAA job he would've turned it down because they dont pay enough. This driver was EXTREMELY unprofessional and shouldn't be in a position to deal with the public. After our vehicle was winched out, he very rudely stated that that's all he was doing and he left. I wish there was an option for zero stars. Endless excuses, rude personnel, and will try to gouge you. AVOID AT ALL COST! YOU'LL THANK YOURSELF LATER!

This place should be closed down. On April 11th 2014 we were in Pigeon Forge Tn for the Spring Rod Run, our car broke down in the parking lot of Logan's steakhouse. My wife googled roadside assistance this is the ppl we found and called. It took close to 2 hours for them to get the car, in car show traffic. They told us they were there until 3am and would call us as soon as they had an answer to the problem, never heard from them called when we woke up Saturday they didn't even know why our car was there no one made a ticket on it, even though the tow truck driver asked questions and was writing the whole time???

Well at first was told Cam position sensor, then cam position actuator solenoid , then the ECM which needed to be transported to Knoxville to be programmed once it got to the dealer they call and say it needs a new battery ok put one in it. Then by Tuesday I ask my wife to call the dealer. The dealer says they had all of these bad readings due to the dead battery!!! Dealer says it's the fuel pump! Told dealer to fix it and do not let Carrs get it back, which they did! We get to the dealer to pick it up and show him our receipt from Carrs and he says wow y'all have paid for a lot of unnecessary parts! Cost us $708.33 at cars(all wasted)

$782 at West Chevrolet in Knoxville which were the nicest ppl ever!

This place is GREAT, When we broke down in the mountains they came very fast and hauled my car and my family to their garage and rented me a vehicle all for a very reasonable rate. Also they had my car repaired the very next morning, What a lifesaver (THANKS CARR'S you were such a blessing).

Never use this place for car rental!!!!



We arrived in Pigeon Forge airport and this was the only place opened. They had good reviews on here so we called them.



They advertised "We pick you up." Just like Enterprise. Since Enterpise was closed we decided to try them. We had been warned that they would pick us up in a wrecker so when I called I asked him to come in OUR RENTAL so he did. It took about 30 minutes to pick us up--in a wrecked car--and another 30 minutes to get to the junk yard-- as I was complaining about the smoke smell in it he decided to rent us a different car.



Before we left we asked about where to leave the car and he said we could either leave it AT THE AIRPORT or take it back up the car rental place 30 minutes from our airport.



The 2nd car broke down on us the next day. Luckily we were at our cabin and they DID come and replace it within an hour. The next car was a little nicer and lasted the rest of our trip.



We used it until our departure--called them from the airport and THEN they told us we COULD NOT LEAVE IT THERE!!! We already had our stuff loaded in our private plane and they refused to come and get it! We had to drive all the way back up the mountain to their junkyard to leave the car--pick up a man to drive the car back. This company had told us we could leave the car at airport but since we did not have it in writing we were afraid to leave it there--on the back of the fine print they said they would CHARGE you if you did not take it back to the junk yard!



I did not mention the fact in the car we rented we put in $30 of gas the day it broke down and they brought us another car on EMPTY!!



NEVER GO HERE!! If I could give them a ZERO I would.

I was in the Gatlingburg area not long ago and was caugjht in the snow and was left stranded in the mountains Although i live in a nearbty county i am still a tourist and knew very little about area. i had called everybody and all i got was excuses, why they couldnt help me. My car had slid off in a ditch and i couldnt get back to my cabin. Here i was stranded with our food and the rest of our supplies and was off in a ditch. I got ahold of Carrs and was told that they would help me and they did.. There wreckers were running behind because of all cars off in a ditch. the man i talked too told me it would be a little while before they could get to my car and said they would send someone in a 4 wheel dr to take me to my cabin so i would not have to wait on my car because they knew we were cold and probably hungry, God Bless carrs. They got us to our cabin and got our car out of the ditch and we were on our way home. Call carrs when you are in trouble they care.
