Fitzwater Station

Our family and friends have gone here for several years now and have enjoyed many good experiences. Occasionally, we have also had slightly poor service, but last night was the most disappointing night out we have ever had, anywhere. At least an hour to receive the first appetizer, another 1.5 hours to receive our meals. We actually had to go to the bar to get water and iced tea, that had been ordered an hour prior. The owner wanted to know "what he could to fix it". He then offered 20% discount, only to have the not-advertised anywhere "party of 6, 18% gratuity already added". Who does this???? The 20% only applied to the food, several miscalculations on the bill. Never, ever going back there again. It wasn't even that crowded, because everyone was in Phoenixville for First Friday, which is where we should have gone instead of patronizing a local eatery.
