FIRST VISIT AND I HAD A 3:45 PM APPT AND WAS THERE 30 MINS EARLY. APPT TIME CAME AND WENT AND OTHER WALK INS WERE BEING SEEN IN 10 MINUTES. KEPT GETTING TOLD " A FEW MORE MINUTES ". FINALLY TAKEN TO EXAM ROOM AT 4:20 PM AND UNDRESSED. THERE WAS A COMPUTER MONITOR ON A TABLE AND I WATCHED THE CLOCK KEEP TICKING BY MINUTE BY MINUTE, 4: 30, 31, THEN 4:45, 46, THEN 4:59, 5:00 PM AND I SAID ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. I GOT DRESSED AND WAITED FOR DR. LEVINE. AT 5:05 HE FINALLY WALKED IN. I SHOWED HIM THE CLOCK, SHOOK HIS HAND AND SAID " YOU MIGHT WANT TO TURN THIS MONITOR TO FACE THE WALL BECAUSE IT JUST ANGERS PATIENTS TO BE TREATED LIKE THEY ARE NOTHING ". I THEN TOLD HIM " I DON'T WANT YOU AS MY PHYSICIAN IN ANY CAPACITY " AND WALKED OUT. I STOPPED AT WATER FOUNTAIN FOR A DRINK AND THE MORON ON THE FRONT DESK SAID " WE WILL BE RIGHT WITH YOU SIR " AND I BUSTED OUT LAUGHING. IN FRONT OF OTHER PATIENTS I SAID " NO YOU WON'T, YOU'VE HAD AN HOUR AND A HALF TO SEE ME AND NOW IM GONE".YOU LITERALLY CAN'T MAKE THIS INCOMPETENCE AND UNCARING ATTITUDE TOWARDS A PATIENT UP.

I am very thankful and happy with my experience at Alliance Dermatology. I went to see Dr Jaz. last month for a suspicious and changing mole that I had since birth. Dr jaz. did a full skin check and found another mole that I didn't even know I had. He explained to me what to look for and he biopsied those moles. One turned out to be an early Melanoma. I would probably not have even seen that mole until it was too late. I owe my life to that doctor. I have since recommended him to my wife and parents. I had a great experience from the time I walked in. Also, you can not even see my scar line from the surgery. I highly recommend this knowledgeable dermatologist to anyone.

I am halfway through a Fraxel skin package with Physician Laser Centers and have been so impressed with the quality of the staff and treatment. Unlike other laser skin centers, the center is supervised by a Board-Certified Dermatologist. When selecting the treatment that I would benefit most from, they spent a lot of time educating me so that I had realistic expecations for the results. So what do I think? The results have been AMAZING -- my skin looks and feels beautiful!
