        Breakfast service on Sunday was pitiful. I was asked if I wanted white or yellow egg and said yellow but she made my sandwich with white. She did correct it when I pointed out the error. I was told there was a fresh pot of coffee. That was not true there was a pot brewing. So while I waited, my "hot" breakfast was getting cold. When the machine indicated that it was done, I had to call (and wait) for someone to come out form the back. A woman slowly sauntered from t he back, clearly there was no sense of hurry up customers are waiting. I had to leave without the coffee I paid for and all this woman could manage was a smile - no offer of another drink... Called and asked for the regional manager's number. Called him and left a message. His voice mail said he'd "get right back". Still waiting for that call. And the night staff has no idea who the regional manager is and there apparently is no night manager. Won't waste my time there again.
