I try to accomplish this mission through the practice of massage therapy in my areas of expertise, which include muscle release therapy (combines compression, extension, movement and breath to lengthen the muscle and restore positive muscle memory to relieve pain), Swedish massage (relaxation therapy designed to relax muscles through long strokes), deep tissue massage (focuses on deeper layers of muscle tissue to release chronic patterns of tension), stress relief therapy (increases circulation to stimulate lymph system to help body fight toxins), reflexology and acupressure therapies (pressure applied to the feet and hands to concentrate on the pressure and zones that reflect the image of the body), and geriatric and pregnancy massage therapies (therapy designed to accommodate the body structure during these stages of life).

We provide advanced spinal correction and chiropractic adjustments utilizing "state of the art" chiropractic techniques. Never in the history of chiropractic care have chiropractors been able to provide the level of help and expertise that is available today. Chiropractic care under a trained professional can even be used to prevent injuries and help you achieve total health or wellness.
Spinal Adjustments
At the conclusion of this initial appointment, you can choose to experience your first treatment. This may include spinal adjustments, physical therapy, and/or soft tissue massage. Treatment is interactive, so you can express concerns about the different styles of treatment anytime.
Nutritional Consultation
What does nutrition have to do with chiropractic care? The goal of chiropractic care is to help patients achieve total health and balance with their body, and as part of that goal we provide specific recommendations on nutritional supplements and healthy food choices. Nutritional counseling by our experienced chiropractic health professionals can assist a patient on their return to optimal health. Do you know which supplements and vitamins are good for you? Subluxation
What truly differentiates doctors of chiropractic from any other healthcare professionals is the fact that chiropractors are the only professionals who are trained to diagnose and treat what are called spinal subluxations. The word 'subluxation' comes from the Latin words meaning 'to dislocate' (luxare) and 'somewhat or slightly' (sub). So the term 'vertebral subluxation' literally means a slight dislocation (misalignment) of the bones in the spine. Although this term was adequate in the 1800s when much was still misunderstood about the human body, today the word 'subluxation' has changed in meaning to capture the complex of neurological, structural, and functional changes that occur when a bone is 'out of place.' For this reason chiropractors usually refer to subluxations of the spine as the "Vertebral Subluxation Complex", or "VSC" for short.

We accept auto accident, workers compensation, personal injury cases that have resulted in back pain, neck pain, headaches, or other related pain conditions. We also accept most health insurance plans, including Medicare. Because there are so many insurance plans out there, and because coverage for chiropractic care varies widely, please call us to find out if your plan covers care in our office.
