We Clean (& seal) Tile & Grout! Our up-front price includes all it takes to get the job done. NO GAMES, NO GIMMICKS! Our unique, patented cleaning system is: CLEAN, FAST, EFFICIENT. Our system utilizes four components working in harmony: 1) Emulsification - a non-toxic solution with the appropriate pH level which dissolves the grease, oils, sugars, dirt, stains, etc. is applied prior to the cleaning process. 2) High Pressure Water - sprayed at between 800 & 2500 psi to surgically remove the imbedded soils. 3) Heat - the water is heated to between 180 & 220 degrees to exterminate bacteria and completely sanitize. 4) Vacuum - a high powered vacuum extraction leaves the surface almost dry - normally the tile & grout will be dry within 30 minutes or less, leaving it ready for sealing (if so desired).
