Phoenix VA Health Care System - U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs

I work for a local dentist office here in the valley, we had a patient who has obvious periodontal disease regarding his teeth, not to mention several other dental needs that are of immediate concern seen at the VA dental department. Being in the dental field with the experience that the office has here and the years of experience , it concerns me when a patient returns to our office after having been seen there at the VA and says to our staff, that they will no longer be returning , due to the fact that according to the VA dental department , this patients has no concerns regarding dental. I can only hope that when it comes time for my family, who are active military members , to obtain services from the VA, they will be of more accurate in their diagnosing.
