I am a esthetician as well as a salon owner so i am defiantly in the public eye regarding my appearance. I never had thick hair, always thin,fine hair, so when it stated to really fallout I was desperate for a solution. I tried everything on the market short of a hair transplant, (including a different hair replacement center) I reached out to HRC and got Sean (The Owner) (Impressive) on the phone. He made me feel like it would be worth driving 90 miles for a free consultation Sean also said I wouldn't get the hard-sell, just honest answers to my question. I left my consultation feeling sure I had made the right choice. My hair solution (for now) ended up being a custom clip-in hair piece. My stylist was amazing at coloring and then cutting my new hair to match perfectly. As a matter of fact I have been waring it for two weeks and even the stylist in my salon do not realized I'm waring a hair piece. However, I am getting boatloads of "your hair looks really great. Super happy and feeling so confident with my decision.

I am one of the fortunate many who has taken advantage of your hair replacement services. The surgery was conducted only three weeks ago so my comments and compliments will focus onthe initial marketing contact, the interaction with staff before, during and after the surgery, and the general performance and professionalism throughout my interaction. I am sure at the appropriate time, the hair replacements will surface and I will also be thrilled with that.

My initial contact was with David and he was professional and real and very easy to talk to and to get valid and honest answers from. It was his personal approach and friendly attitude, as well as his product knowledge that made me decide to go with NHC after I had already spoken with other competitive organizations.

Ana and Carina were terrific. Not only did they make me feel welcome and comfortable with an experience that I was not totally relaxed with, but their smiles and friendly interaction and truly capable skills during the procedure were sensational. I know that my conversation during the procedure drifted due to the medications administered but they were like newly developed friends and I was relaxed, confident and comfortable throughout.

Perhaps one of the most important, if not the most crucial in making the decision to go forward, was meeting and interacting with the Surgeon, Dr. Jeffrey Cole. His openness, friendly demeanor and willingness to discuss every question I could think of gave me a real sense of confidence. He is a truly professional and likeable person and one who obviously takes his job seriously but understands the necessity of creating and maintaining a personal communication with his patients.

Your entire administrative staff has been exceptional at every turn and I am very glad I made the decision to go with National Hair Centers. Thank you all.

Hi Sean - I know I have sent you "good guy" emails in the past about my previous stylists but I think I have neglected to send you one about Skylar. I feel so bad that I have yet to email you because as much as I loved and praised Heather and Diana, Skylar is by far the best I have worked with. You know how I don't like to wait in the lobby or in those rooms because 1- I am super private and need extreme confidential assurance from NHC and 2- I just hate to be kept waiting. Skylar never keeps me waiting! I barely have time to check in and like magic, he appears and whisks me away. He is also super respectful of my time during the appointment and gets me in and out. Love that! He is very clean, organized, professional, and most importantly, I trust his opinion on what style looks best and the most natural on "me". We all need to have trust in a stylist to tell us if the hair looks fake, looks out of style, wrong color, etc. etc. I really feel I ca trust him to do all that. He also keeps me informed on products that I should be using. I always feel so ugly and self-conscious when I arrive and leave feeling much much better. I feel like Skylar really cares about me as a client, and I feel he truly has a passion for his job. Just wanted to let you know. Also.....can't sign off without acknowledging Cheryl. She is the best! I look forward to seeing her smiling face every time I walk in the door.

I have been a client of Nation...

I have been a client of National Hair Center for over 6 years. I have been very happy as a customer. Whenever there is an issue it is resolved immediately. NHC has someone to follow up to make sure the issue has been resolved and I am a satisfied customer. All the staff is always courteous, professional and helpful. NHC hair restoration has been a life changing experience where I am more confident about the appearance of my hair. This is a blessing. Before I started coming to NHC I felt as if I was the only woman with hair loss. Since I have been coming to NHC a Support Group for Women with Hair Loss has begun. The support group is wonderful because it has many tips and ideas on styles, hair care, treatments, nutrition, medication that can affect the hair and many other related subjects. I am so glad that I found NHC. Thank you NHC for being there for me

I left NHC with such a bad tas...

I left NHC with such a bad taste in my mouth. I had a similar experience to someone else above. I was 5 minutes late for my first appointment. The building and entrance is difficult to find. The entrance staff was wonderful and said that it happens often. I then met with David McKenna. He did not shake my hand to greet me, he simply said " I only have 10 minutes, what do you want". He went on to tell me that I was going bald and there was nothing that I could do about it. I asked about success stories, and he said that he had both. I asked about transplant, and he said if you are losing hair now, you will lose the transplant. I asked about rogaine, he said it doesn't work. As a woman, your hair is your crown. To have a person, an expert in the field, tell you that there is no hope and that you had better get used to it". I left there complete depressed and hopeless. I imagine that I caught him on a bad day, or ..... but I can not understand how he can hold a leadership position. Julie

I just want to let you know that I will most likely be purchasing one of your programs, but would like you to send me the information to review again first please. I should have requested that you go over this after my appointment, but completely slipped my mind.

Connie (changed name) is a very charming Stylist Technician and has been very good to me as you and your staff have been also. I feel extremely privileged to be a Client at National Hair Centers and hoping to continue for years to come. I am hoping to find job real soon, so this will definitely help me make the decision on what program I am able to choose.

NHC has changed my life. I lo...

NHC has changed my life. I look younger and healthier with my new hair and my confidence level has risen.

There is a system, plan and products to fill everyone's special and individual needs.

Everyone on the staff is professional, knowledgeable and personable.

I wish I would have discovered them years ago. What stopped me from looking into hair restoration was the cost. I thought I would never be able to afford it in a million years, that it was only for celebrities and the sort, but NHC worked with me and put me on a payment plan that was affordable to me.

You owe it to your mental health to schedule a free consultation.
