Senior loan officer from Scottsdale, AZ fudged the number to get my wife and I approved for our home through the VA fully knowing we did not qualify due to VA's guidelines regarding debt to income ratio. He continued to drag us through the muddy waters until 2 weeks prior to closing and then comes back with a denial with an unreasonable payoff to make the loan get approved.



Manager was contacted via email on everything and never received a response back.



Buyers beware if you use MTH Mortgage in Scottsdale, AZ to handle your loans or a preferred lender through Meritage homes. Very unprofessional and unethical. Turned over to the BBB for further investigation.
