Emissions failure due to carb problems were resolved. Able to leave the shop and go straight to the emissions station where it passed. Thank you!

Dwight and Rod took care of the problem with my exhaust manifold promptly and effeciently. My truck drives smooth without the noises it had before. Great job!

Johnston's the best! Honest repair shop! What a shock. A much better option than the dealership. It's nice to know that competent service can be had for a fair price.

My husband, Chico, brought in his new-to-him 2000 Ford Expedition for you to check over. As far as I know, all is well and we are very happy that you're there for us. You're efficient, economical and trustworthy. Please note that the above-mentioned vehicle replaces the 1999 Toyota Tacoma that's on record with you. Also, we've sold our 2002 Toyota RAV 4 to Eric M. (can't remember his last name), who'll be or has come to you.

It is always a bummer when it comes time to get car repairs because it is an inconvenience and extra expense. Johnston's, however, always makes my car troubles as painless as possible. Work has always been done the same day, they offer transportation so I miss as little work as possible, and there isn't ever any pressure to spend more than necessary. My very first experience with Johnston's, several years back, was all it took for me to know I was getting quality service without being up-sold on unnecessary repairs. Always a pleasure when working with Johnston's!

I've been a customer of Johnston's Automotive for over 4 years and have nothing but good experiences. I feel they deliver on service, are competitive in pricing and trustworthy. I even have referred them to my mother!!!! The owner is very friendly and always available to speak to his customers.

I've used Johnston's a few times, and have always felt that the best interests of my car were always first & foremost, not making a quick buck. I've used other mechanics, and had shoddy service & been overcharged. Not Johnston's. They come with a fair price, often even beating out the so-called "discount" repair shops. Additionally, Johnston's has never talked me into work that didn't need to be done - it's been more than one occasion where I thought my car was due for some maintenance (say, brakes for example) and I find out from them that it's not yet due. I have resolved not to take my car anywhere else - they have earned my trust, and my business!

As always you find creative was of dealing with odd situations . Using ice on the swamp coolers and on the engine just so it could past the last test was genius.

You guys are the only shop I trust to repair/maintain my car. I never get suggested repairs that are unnecessary like at the dealer, and the repairs/maintenance are always done well and in a timely manner. Rod and Dwayne and the rest of the crew are the best, which is why I've been bringing my vehicles there for as many years as I have even though I live in Chandler. Thank you!!!

I just wanted to touch base with you and update you on my employment. I just got hired on with Mainstream Commercial Divers out of Kentucky for a 6-8 week job, with the possibility of becoming a permanent employee after this project. I am also on the work rotation for EMC Divers in New Smyrna Beach, FL. and will be doing freelance work for them as my schedule permits. Thank you for all the advice you gave us while we were there. I found myself thinking back to things you said and going over the notes I took during your classes many times during my job search, and I'm confidant that it played a factor in me finding a job. I know a lot of guys goof off in classes and don't pay attention, but I know I sincerely appreciated everything you taught us and found it immensely helpful.
