Due to the mishandling of $413 at the Tatum location, a gross misquote on services on a second exam (300% more expensive than I was initially told), also at the Tatum location, inaccurate processing of my insurance, and a fundamental lack of care and attention on behalf of the front office staff (Desert Cove location), I will take my business elsewhere in the future.

I was not angry, nor was I ready to blame anyone at the office. I merely wanted all the facts so I could better explain the situation to the billing agency (that Gynemedic had created and ignored). Instead, I was passed over several times, ignored, and discarded. I suppose that since they have such a successful practice, my treatment and perception has little meaning to them. It is a shame however, Laraine was my practitioner and I enjoyed her professional and affable manner.

I sincerely hope that I happened to slip through the cracks and that they treat their patients with more care and respect than what I received.

This is an extremely sketchy practice! The front office ruins this whole practice because they are (to put it frankly) as dumb as can be. Literally, extremely low IQ's. They obviously found the cheapest people they could hire for the front, and it shows when they make duplicate appointments and bill incorrectly.



It's too bad because the woman who drew my blood, and the woman who did my ultrasounds was fantastic. The nurse was great too, but the front makes it all not even worth the stress--especially if you are pregnant---run, run, run away!



Oh yeah, and I never met Dr Simon because she never showed up for any of our appointments. The front office assured me I would meet her "next time" but after 4 appointments with her MIA, I found a practice that is professional and organized.

Don't go to this place. A friend of mine recently went and the the staff was great until she got in with DR. Simon. She was cold and uncaring, my friend then had to go in for second appt. because she had problems from the first time she was in and once she left she still had more problems and ended up having to make an emergency appt. at another Dr's office to fix gynemedics mistakes. The commercials about this place sound so good, too bad this place does not live up to them. Stay away.
