        Igor is great!! He replaced a lamp on my equalizer in half an hour. Had to order the lamps. Price was very reasonable. Will use him again!!!

        5 STARS. BEST SERVICE EVER!

        Best service we ever had, on-time, had all parts for my DLP Samsung tv on a service track. We had shop around for the best price, quiotes came from $400 to $500. ERC had installed a color wheel in to our tv for $320 at home. 5 STARS!!!!!

        didn't waste my time

        Called the "same day" repair place on Saturday - earliest they could get to me was Tuesday between 10am-Noon - first of all. Secondly, $120 for the service call, whether it was fixed or not (just to come) - and quoted a cost of around $450 - $500 for a 2001 Model Mitsubishi. I can just buy a brand new flat screen for that price - so I didn't waste my time.....

        What did we do wrong? Our business hours on saturday are 10am-1pm, we took this call at 3 pm on saturday, red crt tube net cost is $298.00 plus labor. New 65" flat screen for same price... ??? we don't think so but, if your time worth more then you right you should not waste your time.

        best for a same day in home repair, 65" hd mitsubishi was fixed in less then 2 hours

        Best service ever! We called ERC at 10 am - 2 hours after, the tv was up and running. Large module replacement was in stock on the service track. 10 star AAAAAAAA
