Teeth Cleaning
Keeping your teeth clean depends on a rigorous schedule of brushing and flossing, but often, tooth decay can set in even when you are doing everything right. Regular teeth cleanings at your local dental office are essential in ensuring proper oral hygiene. The Center for Dental Rehabilitation offers quality dental hygiene services especially developed for those who have had difficulty in accessing routine dental care for any reason. We focus on delivering compassionate and understanding care to all of our patients to promote ongoing comfort and reduced stress when it comes to routine dental hygiene.
Dental Sealants
Thanks to improved technology and the availability of sedation dentistry, root canal therapy at the Center for Dental Rehabilitation can be completely painless. After you are sufficiently anesthetized, Dr. Toal will create an opening in the crown (top) of your tooth. Through this opening, she will remove the diseased pulp, thoroughly clean the area, and fill the canal with a sealant material. This procedure eliminates all pain associated with the infection.

Fillings
Veneers
Is used to reduce gaps between two teeth, to improve the appearance of teeth that are chipped or discolored, or to cover certain types of fillings. Dental bonding is a quick way to improve the appearance of your smile. Unlike porcelain veneers, which are created in our laboratory, dental bonding is achieved by painting a liquid resin directly onto the surface of the teeth. Dr. Toal then contours and polishes the resin so the tooth resembles those around it.
Crowns
Are done to repair damage and remove decay and infection, we may suggest a direct dental restoration (such as a filling), or an indirect dental restoration (like a crown). Regardless of the recommended restorations, anesthesia or sedation dentistry can be arranged for patients who are unable to tolerate a traditional dentist visit.
Bridges
Are non-removable (or fixed) dental appliance attached to your existing (natural) teeth that serves to replace a missing tooth or series of teeth. Designed to last more than a decade, a dental bridge can help restore your smile to its natural beauty.
Dental Bonding

Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery

Oral Surgery
Are often performed as a part of oral surgery. During your initial examination, Dr. Toal will conduct a thorough review of your oral cavity to identify abnormal areas such as unusual discoloration, bleeding, abnormal masses, cysts, tumors, or oral cancer. In addition to treating the area, Dr. Toal may take a small sample and send it to the lab for further testing.
Tooth Extractions
Intravenous (IV) sedation provides a fast-acting sedative through a vein in your arm. While you won’t remember the procedure afterward, you do remain awake and able to respond to commands. IV sedation is typically used during wisdom teeth extraction or while receiving a dental implant. Patients with higher levels of anxiety may opt for IV sedation to mitigate the stress response of a dental visit.
