Del Mar Apartments

Renters Stay Away!!! The actual apartments are very nice inside and appealing . Only problem is the office staff is very rude inluding manager. Our downstairs neighbor has in the first month we moved in, his Bass so loud that it virbrated the entire living room floor. Also lighting fireworks off on the back patio for two hours and smoke was going everwhere. We called courtesy patrol on 3 different occasions with no response back on any of them. The office said that it is going to be normal to have some noise problems living in apartments. Also only lived here a month and the bulb in the master closet went out, I was told that I had to replace it myself at my expense. Well I took the cover off the light and found that it is a special CF bulb and socket it plugs into. Also states in the lease that they do replace special florescent bulbs. So I will not renew my lease here .
